How To Do Bodyweight Squats:

(NOTE: first you will see flat-footed squats, and then you will see "hindu" squats. You should start with flat footed squats and only move to hindu squats as your knees become stronger.)

(Note: this is a demonstration using smaller plates on the barbell. To achieve the proper height, the barbell with plates is placed on two other plates underneath it to make it approximately the same height as a barbell with standard 45lb plates on each side. It should make sense if you watch the video. As soon as you are able, you should start using at least one 45lb plate on each side for deadlifts, so the bar is at the proper starting height).
